My blood test was completed and wrapped up before my initial appointment was even scheduled to start. The staff is highly professional, accommodating, and made me feel completely at ease. I visited IV Health Care Bournemouth for a blood test. I arrived a bit flustered as I was almost running late but the receptionists immediately made me feel very welcome. The clinic has a lovely relaxing and calm atmosphere. I was seen by Karolina who was very kind and explained the whole process. I also honestly didn't even feel the needle go in! Completely painless. Overall, everyone was both very friendly and professional. Thank you.

I had the energy drip and I loved my experience. The clinic is so clean and sparkly, the staff are friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention for Karolina who was so lovely and used a special spray to remove the sticky stuff so it didn't pull the hair and skin. Little things often have a big impact. I'd usually go home for a rest on a Friday but instead I'm out in the sunshine feeling better than I have in a long time. I'll be back.

The future

I had the Fitness Drip today and I honestly feel incredible. The brain fog I’d been struggling with has completely cleared, my energy levels are through the roof, and I feel genuinely revitalised—like I’ve been given a whole new lease on life. I didn’t realise how run down I was until I felt this good again.

The effects were noticeable almost immediately, and I walked out feeling sharper, lighter, and re-energised both mentally and physically. If you’re feeling depleted, overwhelmed, or just not quite yourself, this is an absolute game-changer. I can’t recommend it highly enough and will 100% be back.

Amazing place. Super chilled and the staff are lovely and just can’t do enough for you. The treatment was fully explained and our nurse was super attentive, skilled and lovely. The premises are lovely and clean and the environment helps you relax. I had a few difficulties, specific to me, but the nurse couldn’t have been more lovely and persevering so I could have a successful treatment! Couldn’t recommend it highly enough.
