How Information Is Collected and Used

If you sign up to IV Health Care through one of our web forms and/or via phone, we collect the following information: Your name and surname, a contact telephone number, your email address, we may also ask you for your home address, treatment preferences and occupation. We gather this information in order to keep internal records and to send you important or relevant information. Your information is used to send you appointment reminders, inform you of special offers, news and treatments by email, mail or SMS. From time to time we may also send you a client survey or ask for your feedback for market research. We do this in order to provide you with a better service based on your feedback.

Newsletter Sign-ups

If you sign up to our newsletter using the sign-up box on our website, we ask for your first name and your email address, and for you to tick a box to say you would like to receive our emails. When you sign up, our website passes these details to Omnisend, an email service that stores them on our behalf. Omnisend also keeps a record of when you signed up, along with your device address and browser type, to show that you agreed. We use your details to send you news, updates and offers from IV Health Care, and only if you have chosen to receive them.

You can unsubscribe at any time. Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter, or email info@ivhealthcare.co.uk and we will take you off the list.

Hosting and Security

Our website is run by a website hosting provider. To deliver the pages and keep the website secure, our hosting provider handles visitors’ device addresses (IP addresses).

Counting Visitors

We count how many people visit our website and which pages they look at, using a simple visitor counter provided by our hosting provider. It does not use cookies and does not follow you across other websites.

Our Contact Form

When you send a message through the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, and your message. The form passes these to our email using Resend, an email delivery service that processes the message in Ireland. Resend keeps a copy of the emails it sends, including what was written, for a limited time. We only use your details to reply to you.

Our Email

Our email address, info@ivhealthcare.co.uk, is hosted by SiteGround. Messages you send us by email are stored there.

We do not use any cookies that are not essential to running this website. Our visitor counter does not use cookies, and the sign-up box on our website does not set cookies either. The sign-up box does keep a small note on your device to say you have closed it or signed up, so that it does not keep appearing. The note lasts for 30 days and does not follow you to other websites. If we add other tools in future that need cookies, we will ask first and update this page.
